Efficiency Programs for Businesses & Municipalities

Effective January 1, 2002, Entergy Texas, Inc. began providing incentives to Energy Services Companies and other Energy Efficiency Service Providers for a wide variety of projects that improve the energy efficiency of residential, commercial and municipal customers. Entergy administers incentive programs in a market-based, non-discriminatory manner, and will ensure that all customers in all customer classes have a choice of, and access to, energy efficiency improvements to reduce energy consumption.

For commercial and industrial customers we offer:

Commercial Solutions: Select commercial electric distribution customers can receive both financial and non-monetary support for implementing efficiency measures.

Solar PV Pilot Program: Offers financial incentives to help offset the initial cost of installing a solar energy system.

Efficiency Programs for Municipalities

Local governments can take advantage of the following programs:

SCORE Program: Provides customized energy efficiency solutions to select school districts and higher education partners.

City Smart: Offers to support local governments in identifying energy saving opportunities in newly planned and existing facilities.
