Contractor Safety Advisory Boards

This page is intended for use by contracting companies working for Entergy. Contractor Safety Advisory Boards (“CSABs”) generally are designed to improve safety by facilitating dialogue in group settings. Participants discuss new processes and procedures implemented by companies such as Entergy or the Occupational Health and Safety Administration, new technologies, and other safety topics chosen by the group. They also discuss safety incidents experienced by their employees, and how to prevent a recurrence.

The CSABs’ goal is to promote safety on and off the job. As a result of its participation on these teams and other safety related initiatives, Entergy is recognized as a leader in promoting contractor safety within the utility industry.
